Process

Five stages, no surprises.

Every project, regardless of scale, is run through the same five chapters. The detail shifts; the rhythm does not.

  1. I

    Consultation

    A site walk and conversation. Drawings reviewed where they exist; budget posture and intent established before estimates begin.

  2. II

    Planning

    Programme, sequencing, site logistics, procurement plan and risk register prepared with the design team.

  3. III

    Coordination

    Sub-contractors are appointed, drawings issued, materials ordered and the site set up to a clear standard.

  4. IV

    Build

    Daily site control, weekly written updates, transparent variations, quality checks against agreed tolerances.

  5. V

    Handover

    Snagging closed-out, certificates and warranties packaged, the site cleaned and the building yours to use.
